Mission for Happy Guest Agent
To ensure that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay and that their needs are met as best as possible-going above and beyond of what is expected of us. To make Peymans renowned for an extremely high level of Guest ServicesDetyrat
Serve guests and staff by phone, text and e-mail
Ensure all housekeeping is arranged for upcoming day
Supervise housekeeping, bin collections, check-ins, check-outs and maintenance
Keep track of moving inventory including certain fobs
Participate in, and contribute to a learning process
Follow up with guest’s reviews /feedback
Follow all general and shift specific office procedures
Collect functional contact details for all guests
Attention to detail
Organization and planning
Follow – through on commitments
