Position:Customer Service Executive

Language Skills
The candidate should have English + any of the European languages mentioned:

German/ Dutch/ Spanish/ French/ Italian

Detyrat
•Provide our customers with the best travel package deals for airlines including new reservations, changes in reservations, cancellations
•Handle international customers specially US, Europe
•Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers
•Respond to client questions, concerns and billing enquiries with highest degree of professionalism
•Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care

Kualifikimet
Desired Experience and Skill:
•Should have minimum 1-year experience in Travel Sales & Customer Service
•Should be well versed with at least one GDS (Amadeus/ Sabre/ Galileo)
•Candidate should have deep interest and passion for Travel industry,
•Should be aware of Travel terminologies
•Experience in Air Ticketing, Air Reservations, Hotel Reservations, Customer Service from Travel and Hospitality industry will be preferred
•Experience of handling the complete process of Ticketing, Schedule changes, Issuance, Cancellation and Re-issuance on at least one GDS (Amadeus/ Sabre/ Galileo)
•Should be well versed with Internet and Airport Codes
•Should have excellent communication and writing skills
•Should be a strong team player
