To facilitate the AGRANA-STUDEN Albania Sh.p.k. business operation, we announce a vacancy for the position of:
PURCHASING AND SALES ASSISTANT
•Reports and assists to Company Manager;
•Keeps records of incoming and outgoing contracts with suppliers and buyers, makes sure that all are signed and duly archived;
•Tracks actively incoming and outgoing contracts and informs supervisor on observed deficiencies in records, inconsistencies, errors, violation of contracts;
•Prepares outgoing contracts, controlled by supervisor;
•Prepares incoming calculations and takes responsibility for accuracy thereof (comparison with parameters from incoming contracts) and on the basis of signed contracts and provided invoices and other agreed documents of the supplier, tracks and takes responsibility for regularity of incoming documentation and makes accounting entries;
•Prepares invoices, accounting debits/credits and discharging of goods by warehouses on the basis of supervisor’s order, under contract conditions and provided associated documents;
•On the basis of authorization may directly negotiate logistics operations keeping in mind the optimization principles and company’s standards;
•Daily control of stock records, weekly control and adjustment with the accounting records of all warehouses of goods, and monthly inventory thereof;
•Keeps track of the arrival of the goods and contacts and coordinates with relevant authorities in the ports;
•Collects data and updates information related to the transportation costs;
•Prepares and maintains review of available goods by dates, types and warehouses;
•Prepares, updates and collects necessary documentation;
•Receives mail, phone calls, faxes and processes them according to agreed procedures within the company;
•Prepares reports under the supervisor’s order and takes responsibility for their accuracy;
•Provides documentation, verified and signed by supervisor, to financial manager
•Complies with the Decision on Trade Secret of the Company;
•Responsible for knowledge and observance of legal regulations and standards within his/hers scope of work;
•Performs other activities under the supervisor’s order.
Terms and Conditions:
•University degree in business management or economics;
•Strong communication skills – both in written and spoken English;
•Advanced computer literacy;
